Fat: 80.62g | Prot: 99.37g | Carb: 122.86g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters all natural egg whites, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread, GNC cold milled flax seed, Egg. Lunch:  16" Thin Crust Pepperoni Feast Pizza, 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  pinot grigio wine, coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered).
