Fat: 46.65g | Prot: 98.57g | Carb: 155.58g.   Breakfast:  Egg, egg beaters all natural egg whites, GNC cold milled flax seed, kraft 2% singles, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, jenni-o turkey tenderloin, vlasic dill pickle spear, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  broccoli, garden salad, gold potatoes, green beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), gnc 100% whey, pinot grigio wine.
