Fat: 67.83g | Prot: 98.91g | Carb: 151.19g.   Breakfast:  pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread, GNC cold milled flax seed, egg beaters all natural egg whites, kraft 2% singles, Egg. Lunch:  Croissant, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Cheddar Cheese, Zesties! Crispy Seasoned French Fried Potatoes, vlasic dill pickle spear. Snacks/Other:  pinot grigio wine, coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), stonyfield oikos fat free greek yogurt, salted mixed nuts.
