Fat: 67.83g | Prot: 98.91g | Carb: 151.19g.   Breakfast:  Egg, egg beaters all natural egg whites, GNC cold milled flax seed, kraft 2% singles, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Croissant, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, vlasic dill pickle spear, Zesties! Crispy Seasoned French Fried Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine, salted mixed nuts, stonyfield oikos fat free greek yogurt.
