Dinner: broccoli, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), egg beaters all natural egg whites, little ceasars cheesy bread sticks, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
