Fat: 55.86g | Prot: 110.94g | Carb: 145.66g.   Breakfast:  Egg, egg beaters all natural egg whites, GNC cold milled flax seed, kraft 2% singles, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  cape cod 40% reduced fat potato chips, Cheddar Cheese, hillshire farms ultra thin honey ham, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner:  broccoli, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), egg beaters all natural egg whites, little ceasars cheesy bread sticks, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
