Fat: 43.57g | Prot: 87.45g | Carb: 122.87g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, gnc 100% whey , GNC cold milled flax seed, GOLEAN Original Cereal, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  cape cod 40% reduced fat kettle cooked potato chips, lean smoked ham, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Wing, garden salad, hidden valley lite ranch, waffle french fries. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
