Fat: 43.57g | Prot: 87.45g | Carb: 122.87g.   Breakfast:  GNC cold milled flax seed, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread, gnc 100% whey , 2% milk, GOLEAN Original Cereal. Lunch:  lean smoked ham, cape cod 40% reduced fat kettle cooked potato chips, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner:  garden salad, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), waffle french fries, hidden valley lite ranch, Chicken Wing. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
