Fat: 40.92g | Prot: 140.75g | Carb: 144.04g.   Breakfast:  Lucerne Fat Free Half & Half, Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal. Lunch:  Olive Oil, Boar's Head Honey Smoked Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Olive Oil, Red Table Wine, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Snacks/Other:  Ideal Protein Soy Nuts - BBQ, Thomas' Light English Muffin, Haagen-Dazs Zesty Lemon Sorbet.
