Lunch:  Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread, Boar's Head Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise, Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Beets, Plain Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Yoplait Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt, Hershey's Lite Chocolate Syrup, Blue Bell Coconut Bar.
