Lunch:  American Cheese, bologna, Ezekiel, sierra nevada mustard. Dinner:  Italian Sausage, Rigatoni, Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  PB2 Chocolate Powdered Peanut Butter, Walnuts, Walnuts.
