Fat: 59.58g | Prot: 105.87g | Carb: 185.76g.   Breakfast:  hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, quinoa 365, zucchini. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Caesar (with dressing). Dinner:  fried egg roll, pho tai. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Latte with Pacific Soy Milk and Sugar-free Vanilla syrup (Small), green tea bigelow.
