Fat: 59.58g | Prot: 105.87g | Carb: 185.76g.   Breakfast:  quinoa 365, hard boiled eggs, zucchini, mushrooms. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Caesar (with dressing). Dinner:  pho tai, fried egg roll. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Latte with Pacific Soy Milk and Sugar-free Vanilla syrup (Small), green tea bigelow.
