Fat: 41.86g | Prot: 101.31g | Carb: 180.03g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, Coconut flakes, Frozen Pineapple Tidbits, honey, Trader Joe's quinoa. Lunch:  spinach, Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps. Dinner:  coconut chicken, veggie curry. Snacks/Other:  green tea bigelow.
