Fat: 91.87g | Prot: 41.73g | Carb: 254.36g.   Breakfast:  Great Value Mixed Fruit, steel cut oats, Sliced Almonds, Fit and Active Fruit Strip, FlaxSeeds. Lunch:  15 grain bread, Almond Butter. Dinner:  French Fries, Hersheys kisses, Quaker Crunchy Oat Granola Cookies. Snacks/Other:  Carrots, Kit Kat, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Granola Thins Peanut Butter.
