Fat: 137.76g | Prot: 96.09g | Carb: 251.54g.   Breakfast:  A1 Steak Sauce, Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream (Half & Half), Fried Egg, Grape Jelly, Home Fries, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, White Toast (2 Slices). Lunch:  Kit Kat. Dinner:  Boil in Bag Enriched Long Grain White Rice, Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing, Jambalaya, Light Caesar Salad Kit, Lite Polska Kielbasa. Snacks/Other:  America's Best 94% Fat Free Microwave Popcorn, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Cookies 'n Cream Truffle, Popcorn Seasoning - Butter.
