Fat: 137.76g | Prot: 96.09g | Carb: 251.54g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, White Toast (2 Slices), Butter, Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Home Fries, Grape Jelly, A1 Steak Sauce, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  Kit Kat. Dinner:  Jambalaya, Lite Polska Kielbasa, Light Caesar Salad Kit, Boil in Bag Enriched Long Grain White Rice, Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Cookies 'n Cream Truffle, Popcorn Seasoning - Butter, America's Best 94% Fat Free Microwave Popcorn.
