Fat: 55.34g | Prot: 90.37g | Carb: 150.91g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk, Oat Bran. Lunch:  Sardines in Water, Whole Wheat Tortilla. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Cabbage Soup, Green Peppers, Ground Turkey (Cooked), Red Table Wine, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Brownie with Icing, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Yellowfin Tuna (Fish).
