Fat: 36.85g | Prot: 59.66g | Carb: 168.46g.   Breakfast: Almond Breeze - Unsweetened Vanilla, Frosted Cheerios. Lunch: No Sugar Added Mixed Fruit (Del Monte), Vegy Pizza (Large). Dinner: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 42% Lower Sodium Ham, special k protein shakes, Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Yellow & White). Snacks/Other: Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolatey Chip, Werther's Original Hard Candy.
