Fat: 50.37g | Prot: 76.57g | Carb: 256.51g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Boiled Egg, Coffee, Organic Multigrain Bread. Lunch: Carrots, Gala Apples, hummus, lentils 1/2 C, persian cucumber, vegetable oil. Dinner: brocolli, olive oil, parmesan cheese, proscuitto 1oz, trader joes organic tomato sauce 1/2C, trader joes pizza dough (1/2 pizza). Snacks/Other: raspberries, Slow Churned Rich & Creamy Light Rocky Road Ice Cream.
