Lunch:  Carottes, Cuisse de Poulet (Peau Pas Mangée), Courgette, Huile d'Olive, Desira Vanille Joghurt, Banane, Petit Pain Blanc. Dinner:  Carottes, Tomates Cerises, Soupe Fideli Boulettes, Poisson Brocolis, Petit Pain Blanc, Cottage Cheese Ciboulette, Joghurt Nature, Compote de Pommes. Snacks/Other:  Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series Whey Protein - Cookies & Cream, Lait (sans Matières Grasses ou Écrémé, Enrichi de Calcium), Biscuit Pour le Café, Clémentines, Cottage Cheese Ciboulette.
