Fat: 61.72g | Prot: 158.68g | Carb: 299.11g.   Breakfast:  Biscuit Pour le Café, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Müsli Riegel, Orangensaft ( Rio D'oro ). Lunch:  Banane, Carottes, Courgette, Cuisse de Poulet (Peau Pas Mangée), Desira Vanille Joghurt, Huile d'Olive, Petit Pain Blanc. Dinner:  Carottes, Compote de Pommes, Cottage Cheese Ciboulette, Joghurt Nature, Petit Pain Blanc, Poisson Brocolis, Soupe Fideli Boulettes, Tomates Cerises. Snacks/Other:  Biscuit Pour le Café, Clémentines, Cottage Cheese Ciboulette, Lait (sans Matières Grasses ou Écrémé, Enrichi de Calcium), Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series Whey Protein - Cookies & Cream.
