Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Brownberry 8 Grain Pocket Thins, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Stir Fried Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey).
