Fat: 63.45g | Prot: 90.15g | Carb: 213.49g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat English Muffin, Cream Cheese, Adam's Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Cheerios, 2% Milk. Dinner:  Spaghetti, Green Peas, Frozen Whole Sweet Corn, Daisy 2% Cottage Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Cadbury Mini Eggs.
