Fat: 91.10g | Prot: 89.45g | Carb: 248.77g.   Breakfast:  Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Honey, Butter. Lunch:  whole wheat mini bagels, Cage Free Eggs. Dinner:  Kidney Beans, Slice Black Olives, Kraft Caesar Dressing, Franz Whole Wheat, Best Foods, low fat turkey lunch meat. Snacks/Other:  151 Proof Rum, Chocolate Chip Cookie, pancakes, Peanut Butter.
