Fat: 65.87g | Prot: 89.52g | Carb: 98.71g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Breakfast Muffin, blueberries, fage yogurt, egg. Lunch:  lettuce, celery, peppers, Walden farms italian, chicken breast, cabbage, taffy. Dinner:  ground beef, summer squash, mixed nuts.
