Fat: 65.87g | Prot: 89.52g | Carb: 98.71g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, Cinnamon Breakfast Muffin, egg, fage yogurt. Lunch:  cabbage, celery, chicken breast, lettuce, peppers, taffy, Walden farms italian. Dinner:  ground beef, mixed nuts, summer squash.
