Fat: 70.23g | Prot: 75.97g | Carb: 42.43g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, Cinnamon , Organic Baby Spinach, Ground Flax Seed, Organic Whole Chia Seeds, Organic Mixed Baby Kales, frozen blueberries, 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla. Lunch:  eggs, ham, green pepper, salsa, cheese. Dinner:  spinach dip, broccolli.
