Fat: 70.23g | Prot: 75.97g | Carb: 42.43g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Vanilla, Cinnamon , Coconut Oil, frozen blueberries, Ground Flax Seed, Organic Baby Spinach, Organic Mixed Baby Kales, Organic Whole Chia Seeds. Lunch:  cheese, eggs, green pepper, ham, salsa. Dinner:  broccolli, spinach dip.
