Fat: 104.94g | Prot: 160.30g | Carb: 30.07g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg, olive oil, onion, pork butt steak. Lunch:  bacon, onion, Real Mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, tomato. Dinner:  salmon. Snacks/Other:  cashews, real mayonnaise, turkey breast meat.
