Fat: 70.47g | Prot: 200.23g | Carb: 182.77g.   Breakfast:  Toasted Bread, butter, Apricot Jams and Preserves, 100% gold standard whey. Lunch:  pita bread, fried potatoes, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  white rice, potatoes, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), eggplants, beef meatball. Snacks/Other:  100 gold standard whey, chocolate suffle.
