Fat: 72.82g | Prot: 87.59g | Carb: 120.89g.   Lunch:  kens steak house greek, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Roasted Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Baked Beans, dried basil, garlic, green peppers, olive oil, onion, pepper, pepperoni, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), red wine vinegar, Tomato, tomato juice. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting).
