Fat: 111.12g | Prot: 64.17g | Carb: 185.26g.   Breakfast:  blueberry muffin, cheeze its. Lunch:  ranch dressing, cabbage, tomato, cheeze its, onion. Dinner:  mashed potato, pork chop, cream mushroom soup, green beans canned. Snacks/Other:  sun chips, pretzels dip cheese, cabbage, ranch dressing, onion.
