Fat: 23.74g | Prot: 100.15g | Carb: 246.40g.   Breakfast:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Oats, Sweet Leaf Liquid Stevia. Lunch:  Apples, Great Value Light Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt. Dinner:  Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Kern Ridge Carrots, Liquid Stevia, Oranges, Sugar Free Boston Cream Pie Pudding, Trident Layers Sugar Free Gum - Wild Strawberry and Tangy Citrus.
