Lunch:  Chicken Thigh Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Batter, Fried, Cooked), Mashed Potatoes, Brown Gravy, Ground Chuck, Apple Cobbler, Whipped Cream. Dinner:  Oreo Cookie. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, Trident Layers, Liquid Stevia, Kern Ridge Carrots, Oranges.
