Fat: 62.83g | Prot: 95.87g | Carb: 172.72g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Chobani Nonfat Honey Greek Yogurt, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Half and Half Cream. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Gardenburger Flame Grilled Veggie Burgers, Heinz Ketchup Packet, Potato French Fries, Red Tomatoes, Target Hamburger Bun. Dinner:  Cut Green Beans (No Salt Added), Olive Oil, Onion Soup Mix, Potato, Sweet Onion, Sweet Potato, Veal Cutlet or Steak. Snacks/Other:  Food Lion Horseradish Mustard, Hors D'Oeuvres, Olives, Potato Chips.
