Fat: 62.83g | Prot: 95.87g | Carb: 172.72g.   Breakfast:  Chobani Nonfat Honey Greek Yogurt, Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Half and Half Cream. Lunch:  Target Hamburger Bun, Gardenburger Flame Grilled Veggie Burgers, Cheddar Cheese, Heinz Ketchup Packet, Potato French Fries, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  Veal Cutlet or Steak, Sweet Onion, Potato, Sweet Potato, Cut Green Beans (No Salt Added), Olive Oil, Onion Soup Mix. Snacks/Other:  Olives, Hors D'Oeuvres, Food Lion Horseradish Mustard, Potato Chips.
