Fat: 100.31g | Prot: 72.61g | Carb: 243.80g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Greek Yogurt - Honey, Half and Half Cream. Lunch:  Cooked Egg White, Light Mayonnaise, Lite Asian Sesame w Ginger & Soy Dressing, Red Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Solid White Albacore Tuna. Dinner:  Archer Farms Garlic Aioli, Churros, Fried Potatoes, Grapes, Italian Bread, Margarita, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Seasons 52 Steak & Cremini Mushroom Flatbread, Sweet Onion, Trader Joe's Manchego Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Bananas.
