Fat: 78.90g | Prot: 61.92g | Carb: 183.25g.   Breakfast:  banana, Coffee, Egg Yolk, fat free Liquid Coffee mate, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Strawberries. Lunch:  Corn Tortillas, fat free Liquid Coffee mate, ice tea, Iceberg Garden, kirkland hamburger, tillamook cheese, tomatoe. Dinner:  fat free Liquid Coffee mate, french bread, Gold-n-Soft Light Margarine, ice tea, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Salisbury Steak and Gravy. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, JOLLY TIME POPCORN, plum.
