Fat: 66.84g | Prot: 132.86g | Carb: 121.60g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  basil, black eye, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk). Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey with Barbecue Sauce (Skin Not Eaten), Jalapeno Black Eye Peas, rasberry vinigret, salad. Snacks/Other:  honey roasted peanuts, Milk Chocolate Kisses, UltraMeal Plus 360.
