Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Kisses, No Sugar Added Fruit Bars, Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Peanut Butter, Blackberries, Cool Whip Fat Free, Cool Whip Fat Free, Go Lean, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Strawberries, Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding Snack.
