Fat: 51.46g | Prot: 54.84g | Carb: 170.33g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, granola, honey, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), strawberries, sunfllower seeds. Lunch:  egg, feta cheese, olives, sesame olive bread, tapenade. Dinner:  butter, cherry tomato, olive oil, risotto, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  mini magnum.
