Fat: 52.29g | Prot: 90.11g | Carb: 290.25g.   Breakfast:  Egg, English Muffin. Lunch:  Corn, Pork and Beans, Publix Shredded Pork with Sweet BBQ Sauce, Safeway Hamburger Bun, Watermelon. Dinner:  Grape Juice, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Chocolate Covered Marshmallow.
