Fat: 36.33g | Prot: 62.31g | Carb: 233.57g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Quaker Natural Granola - Oats, Honey & Raisins. Lunch:  Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing, Kroger Chicken Tenderloins, Lettuce. Dinner:  Thai Yellow Curry with Tofu Steaks & Vegetables over Basmati Rice. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Marshmallow, Oatmeal Cookie.
