Fat: 58.61g | Prot: 91.71g | Carb: 172.06g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, salsa, broccoli, Mocha (Medium). Lunch:  ham, cauliflower, baby carrots, green beans. Dinner:  beef jerkey, apple. Snacks/Other:  laramie bar, cuban coffee, espresso, sugar.
