Fat: 43.47g | Prot: 56.99g | Carb: 74.09g.   Breakfast:  Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Strawberries. Lunch:  Lettuce, Low Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Pickles, Red Tomatoes, Water (Bottled). Dinner:  Baked Potato Stuffed with Sour Cream (Peel Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Watermelon.
