Fat: 43.47g | Prot: 56.99g | Carb: 74.09g.   Breakfast:  Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake, Strawberries, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat). Lunch:  Red Tomatoes, Lettuce, Water (Bottled), Pickles, Low Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Baked Potato Stuffed with Sour Cream (Peel Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Watermelon.
