Fat: 62.37g | Prot: 70.90g | Carb: 64.23g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Espresso roast coffee, Cantaloupe, Strawberries, Blueberries. Lunch:  Avacado, Olive, Lean ground beef, Allspice, Cinnamon, Peppermint , Zucchini, Cooked Carrots, Brisket pastrami. Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick, Kale, Butternut squash, Carrot. Snacks/Other:  Water, Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Raw Almonds, strawberries, chia seeds, so delicious unsweetened coconut milk.
