Fat: 84.67g | Prot: 74.18g | Carb: 178.55g.   Breakfast:  egg, 100% whole wheat oroweat. Lunch:  white rice, steak. Snacks/Other:  raw almonds, maca powder, world trade pepitas, sunrise growers, banana, kale, almond breeze, Blueberries, dried fig, mother's farm, avacado, Vanilla Spice Latte (no whipped cream).
