Fat: 84.67g | Prot: 74.18g | Carb: 178.55g.   Breakfast:  100% whole wheat oroweat, egg. Lunch:  steak, white rice. Snacks/Other:  almond breeze, avacado, banana, Blueberries, dried fig, kale, maca powder, mother's farm, raw almonds, sunrise growers, Vanilla Spice Latte (no whipped cream), world trade pepitas.
