Fat: 57.74g | Prot: 90.46g | Carb: 83.55g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Tropical Mango Bar, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Broccoli Slaw, Egg, butter, egg whites. Dinner:  nutritional yeast, spinach, unsweetened almond milk, broccoli slaw, trader joes tomato and basil. Snacks/Other:  nori, asparagus.
