Fat: 30.58g | Prot: 90.24g | Carb: 77.38g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Egg, Sara Lee Slow Smoked Chicken Breast, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Radishes, Cucumber (with Peel), Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Buckwheat Groats (Cooked, Roasted), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Pickles. Dinner:  Turkey Leg Meat (Fryer-Roasters), Cabbage, Olive Oil, Peas and Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Beer.
