Fat: 30.58g | Prot: 90.24g | Carb: 77.38g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Egg White, Sara Lee Slow Smoked Chicken Breast, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Buckwheat Groats (Cooked, Roasted), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (with Peel), Pickles, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Radishes. Dinner:  Cabbage, Olive Oil, Peas and Carrots, Turkey Leg Meat (Fryer-Roasters). Snacks/Other:  Beer.
