Lunch:  Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Sour Cucumber Pickle, Mlekoma light cheese Emilki, Strawberries, Apples. Dinner:  Pork Liver, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat), Chicken Stock, Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey Protein, Bakalis dried plums.
