Fat: 52.32g | Prot: 112.53g | Carb: 206.91g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, cocoa, oatmeal. Lunch:  carrot, arugula, smoked chicken breast, pickle, beet, blue cheese, bread, curd, yoghurt. Dinner:  rice cake, beer, vodka. Snacks/Other:  pizza meat cheese.
