Fat: 22.44g | Prot: 121.24g | Carb: 168.64g.   Breakfast:  cocoa, milk, oatmeal, peanut butter. Lunch:  apple, banana, banana, chicken breast, light cheese Emilki, mushroom, onion, pineapple, yoghurt. Dinner:  Chili Con Carne with Beans, couscous. Snacks/Other:  banana, elite whey, milk.
