Lunch: Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Cookie, Roast Beef Deli Slices, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: 1% Fat Milk, Granulated Sugar, Organic Raisin Bran. Snacks/Other: Toasted Sunflower Seed Kernels (Without Salt).
