Fat: 18.06g | Prot: 106.34g | Carb: 170.17g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Pears. Lunch:  Coleslaw, Diet Cola, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned), Turkey Breast Meat and Skin (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted). Dinner:  Cabbage, Cauliflower, Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Mushroom Risotto. Snacks/Other:  Light Butter Popcorn.
