Fat: 74.86g | Prot: 58.01g | Carb: 216.28g.   Breakfast:  Member's Mark Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg), Peaches (Solids and Liquids, Light Syrup Pack, Canned), Strawberries, Sugar. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Dickey's Barbecue Oven Roasted New Potatoes. Dinner:  Fresh Direct Vegetarian Pasta Primavera, Italian Salad Dressing, LaBrea Bakery Focaccia, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Mezzetta Kalamata Olives, Olive Oil, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Cheesecake Factory Tiramisu, Kraft Wheat Thins Original, Oreo Double Stuf Sandwich Cookies, Starbucks Nonfat Vanilla Latte (Grande).
