Fat: 144.63g | Prot: 150.19g | Carb: 283.36g.   Breakfast:  Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Elinas Greek Yogurt - Hazelnut and Honey, StarKist Foods Ready-to-Eat Tuna Salad Original Deli Style. Lunch:  Planters Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Cedar's Garlic Lovers Hommus, Toufayan Bakeries Low Carb Low Fat Wraps, Green Giant Niblets Corn, Kraft Provolone Cheese, Oscar Mayer Thin Sliced Turkey Breast, Coors Light Beer (Bottle), Red Table Wine, Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill Grilled Eggplant. Dinner:  Pasta with Carbonara Sauce, Pork Roast, Brown Gravy, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Golden Corral Bacon and Cheese Quiche, Mashed Potato, Dickey's Barbecue Oven Roasted New Potatoes, Salami, Citterio Prosciutto, Bertucci's Tiramisu, Olive Garden Zeppoli. Snacks/Other:  Vlasic Sweet Gherkins.
