Lunch:  Elinas Greek Yogurt - Hazelnut and Honey, Mulino Bianco Galletti, Mozzarella Cheese, Fresh & Easy Ciabatta Bread, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Kretschmer Wheat Germ. Dinner:  Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Sweet Red Peppers, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Smashburger Spinach & Goat Cheese Salad, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Granola Bars - Cashew.
