Lunch:  Elinas Greek Yogurt - Hazelnut and Honey, Fresh & Easy Ciabatta Bread, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Lettuce, Mozzarella Cheese, Mulino Bianco Galletti, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Beef Rib Eye (Small End, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade), Smashburger Spinach & Goat Cheese Salad, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Granola Bars - Cashew.
