Fat: 63.29g | Prot: 79.63g | Carb: 208.18g.   Breakfast:  Elinas Greek Yogurt - Hazelnut and Honey, Odwalla Nourishing Food Bar - Banana Nut. Lunch:  Healthy Choice Chicken with Rice Soup. Dinner:  Brussels Sprouts, Ground Turkey, Old El Paso Soft Taco Shells, Panné Provincio Demi Baguettes, Publix Grated Romano Parmesan Cheese, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Blue Diamond Habanero BBQ Almonds, Cappuccino, Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats & Strawberries with Almonds, M&M's Pretzel M&M's.
